Smart searching with accurate results
Searching is of course the heart feature of any archiving system. In Juhainah, we enriched this feature with filters on your search keyword, such as the location filter which specifys wether the system should search for equality, starting with, or ending with the search keyword. The feild filter specifys which charaterstic of a file the system should search in, its either the file’s entry name in the system, the file name it self or the contents of the file.
Workflow Control
File management for companies and enterprises is without a question a sensetive operation, you do not want any misbehaviours with file manipulations, and therefore we have workflow control in Juhainah archiving. The worflow module allows you to specify the type of access a certain user can have on a folder or file. Type of access could be creating,editing and deleting. In addition, you can specify the series of confirmation steps it needs to go through and by whom the confirmation should be done.
Powerful File preview
No need to worry on how to make sure the file you have looked up is the one you are looking for! Juhaina Archiving makes it easy to identify files by allowing you to preview the file as a thumbnail. and when you click on it you get a zoomed in preview of the file. The preview popup shows the tags associated with this file and some actions that can be performed like open,download, follow, and add to favorite. In addition, below the actions, you can see the list of related files if any exist. The file preview supports previewing images, music files, videos and documents. All images types are supported, and as for music files, mp3s are the supported type, and for videos youtube is the supported one. For documents, Juhainah can preview PDFs, word files and text files.

Categorized Navigation
Files and folders are categorized into five categories(recent, folders, tags, date, and map) allowing easier allocation of files and adding more sense to you.
Basket & Favorites
Afraid of permanent loss of files or folders after deletion? no worries! You can through unwanted files and folders in the basket and decide later whether to delete them or restore them. The favorites gives you fast access to your frequently needed files
Automated Pullers
Your Youtube, Twitter, and Instagram files are at your hand! Juhainah will attemp to fetch youtube videos automatically and store them with your files. It can also fetch tweets from Twitter and photos from Instagram right from your account.
Filemanager
Not only allows you to manage your existing content through editing, files and folders movement, and deleting files. It also allows you to add more by either uploading files or creating text files directly online.
